They actually have this in a lot of stories: The psychic suddenly starts acting weird. Her voice turns low & growly, and she recites some cryptic poem prophesizing the future. You ask her what she means by this, but she's come out of her trance and has no memory of what she said. One of the characters in Harry Potter, for example, was like this.
